Support startups through the Valley of Death to become High Growth Companies
According to the recent survey by the UNDP Youth Co:Lab 9 out of 10 young entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia report to be negatively impacted by the current Covid19 situation. The entrepreneurs reported reduced customer demand, supply chain disruptions as well as reduced customer demand.
Most startups run out of cash and end up in the “Valley of Death” as they fail to find product market fit quickly enough and generate enough revenue. The goal of the Resilience Program is to support startups through the Valley of Death to become High Growth Companies.
The program is structured around 1:1 mentoring aimed at tailored support, while formats include weekly workshops, bootcamps, and KPI sessions.

Apart from 1:1 meetings with workshop mentors, startups have weekly KPI meeting with Entrepreneur in Residence, who coaches the startup throughout the program. EIR ensures program content adoption, supports with challenges, tracks progress.
Seedstars has developed Control Tower to facilitate the tracking of startups goals and progress, to be used as an internal workbook after graduation.
