The Expansion Program is designed for startups that have already been through an acceleration program or that have already progressed beyond the stage an accelerator would be relevant. We focus on supporting them with market research and market penetration, as well as providing access to extensive international partner and investor network.
The program is structured around 1:1 mentoring aimed at tailored support, while formats include weekly workshops, bootcamps, KPI sessions, and social activities.

Apart from 1:1 meetings with workshop mentors, startups have weekly KPI meeting with Entrepreneur in Residence, who coaches the startup throughout the program. EIR ensures program content adoption, supports with challenges, tracks progress.
Seedstars has developed Control Tower to facilitate the tracking of startups goals and progress, to be used as an internal workbook after graduation.
Support startups in their cross border growth strategy with practical advice on market entry, market research, partnership development and product launch.
Focus on one of more themes (eg. EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, AgriTech) and help reach the SDG with tech enabled, scalable our products.
Lean methodologies, tools and best startup practices are taught to the cohort by the Seedstars internal experts and selected external mentors.
Participants reach a level of interest for foreign investors and can tap into the Seedstars global investor network of over 500 members.

Seedstars has been a proponent of Virtual programs since 2017. The program can be conducted fully virtually and allow the founders to stay close to their team and clients.
Hybrid programs benefit from the best of both formats with short, intense onsite bootcamps complimenting the virtual learning and mentoring.
