The acceleration program is structured around 1:1 mentoring aimed at tailored support, while formats include weekly workshops, bootcamps, KPI sessions, and social activities.

Apart from 1:1 meetings with workshop mentors, companies have weekly KPI meeting with Entrepreneur in Residence, who coaches the venture throughout the program. EIR ensures program content adoption, supports with challenges, tracks progress.
Seedstars has developed a "Control Tower" to facilitate the tracking of ventures goals and progress, to be used as an internal workbook after graduation.
