Asia tech landscape is developing at an unprecedented speed, and the region keeps surprising us with its fast-growing advanced digital solutions. That’s why after traveling across 14 countries, the Seedstars team for the second year in a row chose Bangkok, Thailand as the meeting point in the region to connect regional stakeholders and find out the ways how technologies can bridge the gap between the ecosystems and foster change. Last year, the Summit reunited over 300 attendees from more than 29 countries to showcase the most promising early-stage tech startups from 15 Asian markets. In 2018, the Seedstars team plans to increase the number of participants.
“For the past six months we have made Asia our home and went on an interesting journey deep into 14 startup scenes in the Asian region, not only scouting for the best tech entrepreneurs but working directly with them and other passionate ecosystem builders. We aimed at making a difference everywhere we went. We are very excited to bring the entire network together in Thailand later this year, to dive into the different ways technology and entrepreneurship can rapidly impact and improve people’s lives by tackling local social challenges directly”, Rosie Keller, Regional Manager for Asia at Seedstars.
The Summit program includes a private bootcamp for 25 startups that were selected during the tour, pitches, Investor Forum, Ecosystem Tour and a Final Conference with the think tank, keynote speeches of TOP entrepreneurs & the pitches of the winners.
